Chris Brown Charged with Felonies

Today, the Los Angeles District Attorneys office filed two felony charges against Chris Brown for his recent altercation with Rihanna. While her cooperation remains to be seen, the DA’s office clearly took its time and was likely focusing on the severity and nature of the injuries, as well as issues of proof.
